My mission is to ensure that you have all the information at your fingertips to achieve your goal, whether it is investing in a house, making your property profitable or making your project more circular and producing less waste.

And how do I do that?

What you can expect from me and what you can't

I know you can be happier and have more financial room for whatever you want. and I can help you, sharing with you what can allow you to have a more comfortable life: investing in real estate!

I always sought to feel safe, to know myself, to accept what I could not control and to be happy. It may seem, and be, difficult to be happy when you are anxious and a maladaptive perfectionist, but it is definitely possible :)

I believe in you, but you also have to believe in yourself and have'inspired actions'.

Inspired actions, like what?

Ex. - Breaking a toxic relationship and giving birth to dreams

I was... in a job that exhausted me, paid poorly and, besides being considered normal because I didn't have my own life there (!!!..) my boss didn't recognize my value... so, in an act of self-love, I broke off this toxic relationship and gave birth to my sole proprietorship, which I had been building for a few years, slowly, while I was working.

Soon after I was bringing ec0p cosmetics to the market. I created a system for selling solid cosmetics in bulk from scratch!

And in 2024, after a long heart-to-head negotiation that had been dragging on since 2023, I knew it was time to bring my 17 years of real estate experience (buying, selling, construction, leasing...)

If YOU want your money to work for you, you have to take inspired ACTION and do something about it, after all thoughts don't grow legs (and thank goodness!!) .

And what do I gain by investing in real estate?

Put your money to work for you and not just you working for your money...because real estate = safer profitability and savings and money helps you with everything: more comfort, freedom, quality of life, better future prospects for your family and it also helps you to help :)

And why should I choose to work with you?

I started managing properties at the age of 19 (in 2007!), not because I wanted to, but because I 'had to'. I would love to thank someone here for guiding me, but the truth is that I learned by experience, without guides or smartphones (because there weren't any, at the time...), I also couldn't ask my friends, because who the hell runs real estate at 19?

At 21 I went to work in Brussels and was amazed: 'how sustainable, I'm at home!'. In fact, that's when I started working with sustainability, in 2009, from the smallest habits to implementing strategies in the office where I worked, in an international organization.

In Brussels, a marriage between real estate and sustainability was celebrated that continues to this day. Two different parts of me, but that grow together and in harmony (in fact, that is the only recipe I dare to give, that of a long and harmonious relationship) J

I'm here for you, whether you're a 'newbie' to real estate or need support in the sustainability of your cosmetics project.

I have participated in international conferences, done DIY work on my properties, produced cosmetics, closed hundreds of real estate deals, lived in a rainforest surrounded by vanilla and coffee, trekked on a glacier and danced with Indians in the Amazon.

Like you, I have good days and bad days, but through them all, my business supports me and is with me.

Girlfriend, seriously, you DON'T know how many times I've said this to myself, on several occasions, being the BIGGEST person responsible for procrastination in my life.
