Thinking, doing and deciding everything alone, especially if you are 'new' to a subject, is stressful, it drains energy, and, honestly, it can be demotivating...
How I understand you! Maybe you've already been there or you don't make certain decisions because you don't want to be 'in that place'. And that is....LEG-TIME, no one wants to be in an uncomfortable place, or pass by the 'Algarve passes'...
But I wanted you to know that what makes the difference is exactly the knowledge and tools that support your decisions and that yes, it is possible to have the security and confidence of knowing that you have strategies and support to reach your goals.
I created the 'homes with purpose' project because my path in real estate was (very) lonely, and I know how difficult it can be at first. But... it doesn't have to be, and I don't want it to be for you. Both on your path as an independent real estate investor and in your project in the area of sustainable cosmetics, I can (and want!!) help you 😃
I believe that it is a thousand times more important that you learn to fish than having someone give you fish....and I know that the best way to learn is from someone who has already done it: use the right tools, optimize results and reduce the resources invested , learning to enjoy each moment and yourself, increasingly recognizing your own voice and way of doing things. It makes sense?
I confess that I don't know how to fish.....however, I have been investing and managing residential real estate since 2007 and currently have returns of around 7-11% (I went international in 2022!) :)
And our planet is so important to me that since 2021 I have been creating strategies for the creation of sustainable and circular cosmetics, I have already created two 100% bulk systems with reusable packaging and I also completed a master's degree in circular economy and sustainable development, in 2023).
Achieving your goals, living comfortably and in peace and enjoying life to the fullest is a lifestyle and a way of doing things.
